We offer curtesy mid-week cleaning, trash removal, and fresh towels for our weekly/monthly renters upon their request.
Reservations
You may request to book though your preferred via Airbnb and VRBO.
Normal 2024/25 Rates are 300/weeknight & 350/weekend 2 Night minimum & 10% discount for a Weekly stay.
Additional Guest Fee is $50 per Reservation after 2 Guests
Nightly Rate is subject to NYS sales tax 7% & NYS Occupancy Tax 4%
